’Tis the season to bloom

When I look at a bed of flowers, I see beauty clothed in God’s grace, an abundance of love and plenty of care.

My spirit is just like a beautiful flower. I will bloom where I’m planted.

At an early age, the essence of my being has been shaped by my parents. They helped nourish my mind, body, and soul.

The seed to love myself unconditionally was transmitted to me from my mother’s womb. My father also had his way of teaching my brothers and I the importance of controlling our emotions. If someone can control you with their words, then anyone and anything can have power over you. I’m grateful for his many teachings. I’m blooming because of it.
